A renovated three-bedroom home in Great Yarmouth has featured on BBC's Homes Under the Hammer.
The episode was filmed in March of last year with crews spotted in the seaside town.
Presenter Jacqui Joseph was in "a great part of town" to see a mid-terrace built in 1900.
The three-bedroom house had original coving, fireplaces and exposed brick.
It was bought in December 2021 by Peter for £120,000 and he renovated the property with his wife Sara and son Brett on a budget of £28,000.
Eight months later, the house had seen a complete makeover with an all-new kitchen and bathroom as well as direct access to the third bedroom created.
Chris Bailey from Auction House East Anglia said the property could sell for £190,000.
Homes Under the Hammer is a daytime BBC show that visits properties across the country that are available for purchase by auction.
It then follows the journey of buyers as they renovate their properties.
