The amount of unauthorised parking along a Great Yarmouth quayside has led to restrictions being brought in.
A number of safety concerns have been raised by quay users due to unauthorised parking of motor vehicles along South Quay.
To alleviate these concerns, and in consultation with other stakeholders and users of the quay, Great Yarmouth Borough Council has taken the decision to close vehicular access gates from 5pm on Tuesday, June 6.
A council spokesperson has requested drivers to ensure their vehicles have been moved by that time and date.
Access will be given to confirmed users of the quay.
The South Quay Car Park will still be in use.
