Armed police and dog units have been reported by eyewitnesses at a library in Great Yarmouth.
The emergency services were seen at the junction of Tower Hill with Yarmouth Way.

Several eyewitnesses reported that an incident was unfolding at the town's public library on Tolhouse Street.
However, the cause of the armed response is not yet known.
Norfolk Constabulary has been contacted for comment.
