An elderly woman has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Great Yarmouth.
Police were called to Southtown Road at 5.30pm on Monday (September 25) after reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
The incident involved a silver Suzuki Vitara which hit an elderly woman near the junction with Queen's Road.

The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she remains.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident and those with information have been asked to contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101 quoting reference 331 of September 25.
