Campaigners from Hemsby are travelling to London this morning to deliver a petition asking for funding for sea defences for the village.
Members of the Save Hemsby Coastline (SHC) group and crew from the village's lifeboat team will take the appeal directly to 10 Downing Street today.
The petition, which received almost 20,000 signatures, is asking the government to take urgent action to install sea defences in Hemsby.
The campaigners are asking the government to change their criteria on how they decide to grant money for sea defences - with costs for a rock berm estimated at at least £15m.

Ian Brennan, SHC treasurer, said the criteria "are not fit for purpose when coastal defences are being considered".
The petition is addressed to prime minister Rishi Sunak, Sir Brandon Lewis MP and the environment secretary.

Mr Brennan said: "Hemsby punches well above its weight when it comes to Norfolk's economy - £80m a year contributed from a village with 3,000 permanent residents.
"Everyone is angry that we are being abandoned," he added.
The delegation includes three representatives from Hemsby Lifeboat and three members of SHC - chairman Simon Measures and his wife, Jenny, as well as Kevin Jordan who has already lost his home to coastal erosion.
