A former fish and chip shop on the coast is reopening as a tea room.
Trisha's Chippy in California, a seaside village between Scratby and Caister, was a long-established business run by the former owners until their retirement.
The property went up for auction last year - and will now reopen as California Tea Rooms.
The cafe is moments from the beach and a short distance from busy holiday parks.
