Gillian Mays, a cherished staff member at Caister Infant School, has retired after 16 years there.
On July 19, a special assembly was held for her farewell.
Mrs Mays joined the school as a volunteer in 1997, organising events such as the Summer Fete and Christmas Fair, and went onto work in the school office.
Her standout memory is a year when she arrived dressed as Mother Christmas in a helicopter.
The school said she was loved by staff, pupils and families and her contribution will be greatly missed.
