A man arrested after chaotic scenes in Gorleston has been released on bail.
Norfolk Police were called to Magnolia Green on Sunday following reports of a gunshot.
An air gun was seized from a property in Oak Road and a man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms offences.
He has now been released on police bail until December 20 while inquiries continue.
Officers were also responding to a separate incident on Sunday, September 22, on Magnolia Green involving a group of males.
One of them was carrying a knife and one was seen with an iron bar.
That incident, which Norfolk Police said is not linked to the sound of the gunshot, saw a male aged in his late teens taken to the James Paget University Hospital with a head wound and a broken finger.
A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and was further arrested for grievous bodily harm.
He was released on bail until December 19 while inquiries continue.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Norfolk Police.
